Spring is a great time of year, least of all because it's out with old and in with the new as we bustle around with Spring cleaning chores. We've shampooed the carpets, washed the curtains, dusted off the lintels, grown our team and revamped our site.

quickOnline developed a five step methodology which digitally empowers our clients to Connect, Innovate, Create, Interact and Grow through a process referred to as the quickening.

The first step in the process Connect establishes the project's objectives before researching and scoping. Thereafter, we find new ways to solve the business challenge or to capitalise on the opportunity digitally during the Innovate step. Only then do we start with the Creative process to develop the required collateral. When the creative is in place, we begin creating a platform for you to communicate and Interact. Finally, we look at ways in which we can assist to Grow your business through online marketing, search engine optimisation and other innovative digital technologies.

This month, we'd like to highlight our new Support Management System. The state-of-the-art centralised email management system allows us to keep making online simple through team-based email boxes and by providing knowledge based answers.

We're particularly proud of www.quickonline.co.za. Of course, we practiced what we preach and the site has been constructed around our 5-step methodology.

We kept all the enhancements as elegant and unobtrusive as possible, so much so that you mightn't even know about many of the site's features. For instance, when you enquire using the standard enquiry form which is now on all our web pages, we're also notified from which page you enquire, enabling us to tailor our responses to your needs (which we can now anticipate).

Interact

Regular communication carries a lot of value for any business, and what easier way is there than personalised email communication. We developed a newsletter format which were releasing to our database of clients and friends which keeps everyone up-to-date. We decided to send ours on a monthly basis, and will be sending it in the middle of every month.

The format will not only include news from within quickOnline, our latest work etc. But also interesting finds from the online realm, articles which we write on a variety of topics as well as some hints & tips.

Also, if you have something interesting happening which you think some of our other clients might like to know about - feel free to let us know, and we'll look at including it in the newsletter.

Grow

Keeping the focus on us this month, we have two exciting areas of growth. This month it's not only our team which has grown to include 3 new members, but quickOnline is also relocating to a brand new home.

Firstly we'd like to welcome new interface designer - Riyad, developer extraordinaire - Louis & applications expert and ninja of all things social - Uno. Take a look at their full profiles on our Team Page.
